If you count Square and Enix before merging then Square Enix wins by far. Chrono Trigger, Super Mario RPG, Final Fantasy 4, 6 and 7 and Parasite Eve are the best RPG's I ever played. The only RPG from Capcom that I played so far I remember is Breath of Fire which I don't like very much and I don't like Namco's RPG so much, not a big fan of Tales of series (although Tales of Symphonia is fucking awesome) and Xenosaga only liked the first (never played III and II sucks)
