Also.. The article fails to properly recognize the 3rd wave of Quality Western RPGs.

1st WRPG Era, 70s to the late 80s
2nd WRPG Era, 90s: Baldur's Gate, TES: Daggerfall etc.
3rd WRPG Era: Mass Effect, TES: Oblivion, Fable, Fallout 3 etc.)

"The Greatest Enemy of the RPG Genre" is in fact more generic jrpgs releases, short on innovation.
