It won't because to the mass market cod:waw was simply cod 5 so when they see yet another cod one year after they won't be as drawn to it seeing as they already have two relatively new cod games. Thats why I believe releasing so many games so quickly is detrimental to the sales of a series.
No doubt it's going to be big, but not Halo 3 big. Unless you count the sales from every platform.
Also I'm not sure your the best person to be making such predictions after your Resistance 2 will sell more than GoW 2 thread. Assuming this is the same
