isn't the one death in the U.S. from the article that was posted in here where the person came from Mexico for medical treatment and died? Or is this a different case? if it is the same one, then the U.S. should count as 0.

EDIT: looked it up. the only death within the U.S. was an import from Mexico.

I kind of doubt that at this point in time we should be concerned with statistical inconsistencies.  If the expected thing happens, this statistical anomaly will not be a big concern.
