These are all great games. Suikoden 4 is the only question mark as it is the least recommended of all suikoden games. However, I haven't played Suikoden 4 yet, I am halfway done on II (on my PSP) and started chapter 1 for Chris on III.
I would also recommend you get suikoden 1 on PSN. It is an awesome game for just $5.99.
After Grandia, TOS may be a good option. Grandia has the best battle system but TOS is pretty good too.
Get Grandia 2 and 3 once you are done.
