I will say one thing. Halo 3's multiplayer has been proved, double proved and then conclusively proved to be the shooter multi-player experience on the Xbox 360 which consistantly draws in people to play.
Killzone 2 -> Give them time to either prove themselves or get out of the way of games that can.
Also Halo 3 has the ultimate sexyness of being able to play with 3 of your buddies on the one console or up to 16 players with 4 consoles in your own house.
