I completely agree with you on GTA III, SM64 & RE.
I don't consider Halo revolutionary since GoldenEye 007 (3D) & Doom did what you think Halo has done. Halo only popularized FPS more.
Other game that are revolutionary :-
- Final Fantasy VII (Graphics and story)
- Metal Gear Solid
- World of WarCraft
- Tony Hawk's Pro Skater
- Gran Turismo
- Nintendogs
- The Sims
- SimCity
