I don't know.  I really thing most presidents would "drop" the game on purpose for political reasons.

I give Obama a lot of credit for going all out and not pulling any punches.

 

I think most of the presidents would drop it because they were old white guys and couldn't play basketball. But that's just my reasoning.

 

Why did you feel the need to add "white" to that sentence?

Because whites are generally not as good at basketball as blacks? Plus all the presidents before Obama were white (disregarding that Obama is half black and half white).
