Credit Card Holder's Bill of Rights Makes its Way Through Congress

I'm surprised nobody did this before.

It's funny. Credit card suddenly raises their rates like all hell to get in all the profit they can before the bill passes.

My rate probably has gone up and I don't even have a balance on it.
