I'll upgrade to a PSP 4000 if
1) There's a trade in program or something so that you can download the games you already own (they can even have an expiration date for all I care like some Blu Ray movies)
2) It has touch screen, even if it's used exclusively for browsing, it really makes a hell of a difference for typing and browsing.
