Not only Forza but NFS: Shift, maybe not in the same league but it's competition all the same.

As far as sales go.. We'll see.. You have to look at WHY GT3 sold so much, was it bundling? Did it innovate heavily? Was it a huge step up from it's predecesors? Why did it sell so well and what does GT5 have in common with it as far as what the game is doing compared to other racers or other games.

GT sells heavily to the casual consumer, a consumer base that the PS3 is currently lacking compared with the PS2 so I think if it can get close to 10 Million, it's done very very well.

Come on its not like GT never had comp before, NFS was much bigger comp before.  While as i said before Froza 2 didnt even dent prologue sales.

And GT4 went up agianst Forza and still sold like GT/GT2 so the GT/Forza battle aready happend and GT decisivly won.

Yes it was big step from GT2 just like GT5p has already shown that the full GT5 will be a massive step from GT4.  Its also the first full GT of this Gen those sale best.

Enough of this bundling questioning, to even question if it will be bundled is asinine.

GT sales to harcore racer fan car fans, PS3 lacking old casual mon and dads owning the console will not hurt its sales at all.  Just look at GT3 and GT4 sales GT4 sold less to that casual fanbase then GT3 did to the more hardcore early console adopters.
