I think this is going to devalue the franchise immensely. I mean, you've got Halo Wars, Halo The Movie game.

What's next? Halo Kart, Halo tennis. I know Nintendo does it with Mario, but Halo is really all Microsoft has, and milking it like this is not a good idea IMO. I mean, when the next proper Halo game comes out, it'll be like: OK, so it's another Halo game. What's new? Also, people are never going to get bored of playing Halo 3. We saw that last gen with Halo 2, and that had no where near the number of features Halo 3 has.
