perhaps your raid drivers are outdated? I had this issue with vista then installed the updated drivers and bam, it worked fine. 

 

Even with latest. I have nForce 680i SLI.

 

thats strange, i guess wait for a newer build of 7 or go back to build 7077 or 7068?
