My girlfriend says I play games too much

With one girlfriend I got her into crappy Hello Kitty and Hamsterz games, but she'd get mad if I played Doom 3 (she had some issues with horror films, and she was uh... actually insane). If she saw me playing Manhunt 2, No More Heroes, and MadWorld, her head would have exploded and she'd probably start bashing her head into a wall or something.

With other girls I've gotten them into Karaoke Revolution Party, Wii Sports, Bust-a-Move, Tetris, and Mario Kart.

I haven't actually converted my wife yet. She says she used to play Smash Bros. Melee and Soulcalibur 2 a whole bunch back in the day, and she said she played stuff like Super Mario World and Ocarina of Time when they first came out, so I think she's just a relapsed gamer. I just converted her into an anime fan, which was already a pretty big step. I got her to play the first few hours of FF6 with me, so I know she's a keeper. She played Twilight Princess past the Goron area, and says she wants to play more of it when she has more time, but she's been saying that for a year. It's a long uphill battle.

For your personal situation, I'd need to know more about her before I recommended any games. I'd try Wii Sports first though. But if she says this kind of crap again, tell her your father disagrees.
