microsoft said many times that the new xbox will not be launched before 2012.
It is said from xbox france team, from xbox usa team, from xbox world team, etc... it has been said a lot of times.
Some microsoft guy even joked about the "10 years lifespan" of the ps3 by saying that if the ps3 will last 10 years, then the 360 will be there for 10 years plus one day.
the point is : why the fuck is everyone so much in a hurry to empty their wallet once more? How foolish is someone that want to spend 400 dollars/euros on a new console when the last has still a lot of games to see?
let ff13 come, in late 2010, then if nothing is announce when 2011 comes, you can think about the new xbox, but till then, why asking?
As for some bullshit predictions, i think microsoft will begin to talk about it at gdc 2011 with release date for early 2012 at e3 2011.
