You are talking about game utility data and not game saves. HS save data only takes up a couple of mb. Just uninstall the game utility data once you are finished with it. You won't loose your save data and can always reinstall it if you want to go back to the game.
Edit: Just checked. The biggest saved data utility file I have is HS at 3.7 mb. Most of the other games are less than 1 mb.
