Sucks for the family... on the positive side, it was not a young adult as most deaths in Mexico were... That would be a worse sign.

 

The child wasn't from Texas. She was from Mexico, that came to Texas for treatment.

 

Thats certainly not what I read. Im nearly positive the child was from Texas but crossed the border to see Mexican family members. The child then returned with the illness
