Relax, it's all scare stories dreamt up by the media, for now anyway.
I'll bet there are cases of it around the world all the time that are not reported or the people recover without any problems and maybe without visiting a doctor or hospital.
Only a handful are confirmed deaths whilst the others are still being investigated and the numbers currently dying from Influenza type diseases in Mexico is still within the normal range.
And I know that because my friend is Mexican and his wife is a chemist that deals with developing new drugs...athough she did apparently say this is going to be huge and the end of mankind.
Now where's that: 'what would you do if you had 24 hours to live' thread! ;0P
