As far as I understood just the heat, causing the motherboard to fail (soldering and the motherboard bends). But I guess knowbody knows excaxly exept MS. The GPU should be allready replaced in the Units sold, as far as I know (there where a knews just before the price cut). Well and how does the cost to make a console reflect how much the consumer spend for it? I mean, if the consumer sees he is getting more value (special edition) and you make it cheaper, you have a problem after the special edition runs out and you are left on your normal consoles. They would seem overpriced.
