Hmmm... Is the console game zs good as the pc version.

I only know the DS version, but I found it to be pretty damn good. I'm not prepared to call it better or worse than Civ IV, but it certainly is more streamlined. The game is fast and manageable, whereas the PC game tends to get bogged down with tedious micromanagement. Some people positively thrive on micromanagement, so you might not see that as a bad thing.

It's a tradeoff. There are things I miss from the PC version (upgradeable units), things I don't miss (land development), and some novel ideas unique to Revolution (exploration rewards and artifacts). A better game than either version probably lies somewhere between these two extremes.

As a portable version, I found Revolution to be great. If I were sitting at home, I'd probably just as soon have all the massive content of the Civ IV.

Maybe the 360 version has a bit more.  I know in the 360 versionm, as units get experience, they can gain added abilities and be able to be upgraded by experience.  However, if you are referring to having old units go to a new era unit, then I can see that being a bit of an issue.  But, there are no upkeep costs, so it is less of an issue.  There is also a wonder that can be built that automatically does upgrading units to their modern era equivalent.

I think someone doing a Civ 4 mod with the new stuff in Civ Rev, would be very cool.
