| LordMatrix said: SSB games all have been lame IMO. I know many like them I just can't get into them I will play a match against people sometimes but I never will buy one again. Its a party fighter nothing more its fun for when 4 friends want to play a match but still its not even close to beign the best fighter that shows how poor fighting genre is if thats the case. SSBB don't hold a candle to games like Virtua Fighter, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur, Street Fighter, Dead or Alive, King of Fighters, Guilty Gear and yes even Killer Instinct. It should just be called Mario Party w/ Friends Fighter or something. Its fun only at parties nothing more. Single player is boring as hell in the gamecube one and wii one and the fighting is wayyy to basic to even equal to those other fighter series I mentioned. Same goes with Mario Kart its a decent arcade racer but not even in top 10 racing games I can think of a ton that are better the best Mario Kart was MK: Double Dash but thats not even good enough for top 10 even though I loved it. You got to think reasonable on this How in god's name is Mario Kart better than Forza, Gran Turismo, Need for Speed, Midnight Club, Test Drive etc. It just isn't now is Mario Kart fun and has there been some good ones yes that I will admit but it will never be top racer. It would take a lot to do such a thing and I don't see ti ever happening. Mario Kart Wii is weak they dumbed the series down. They didn't innovate with it at all it was like playing Mario Kart 64 all over again but with better graphics. |
I quite honestly have not seen a more pitiful attempt to attack specific franchises. You quite obviously have not even given the SSB games a fair chance, you know nothing of the smash scene. Saying its fun only at parties and nothing more? Lol. You then go on to attack Mario Kart, saying the best iteration was DD!!, complaining that MKWii did not innovate and then going on to say how can it compete with Need for Speed and the like? You are telling people they have to think reasonably? Give me a break.
