Not really. That's just the code base. Google doesn't store any torrents.

But I still think this is being attacked at the wrong angle. Arrest 10 people a day for obtaining copy write material illegally, and see how much it goes down.

It's like the guy before said. People don't steal from the grocery store, only because they are scared they might get caught. Add that fear into them, and see what happens. :)
