If your profile is not saving new prizes/progress it is probably because you have too many (a lot of people encountered this problem), you probably cluttered it up with cummunity items you got from playing levels online, try deleting the community items.

I have. I have almost no community items, and very few of my own items. I've done my best to keep the number down. Like I said though, it's no big deal since most of the stuff is still there and it'll be easy enough to get what's missing again.
