They've been getting progressively worse since bg2 released.

Basically this means you didn't play NWN, Jade Empire, or Mass Effect. All are great games and par for the course that is Bioware.

OT: Bioware has included same-sex stuff in both Jade Empire and Mass Effect. There is no reason they would not include it in Star Wars unless licensing prohibited it. It's very likely Bioware doesn't have the final say in this matter and is simply abiding the terms of their agreements.

Given the stranglehold on content that Lucas exerts over everything Star Wars I agree it is very unlikely Bioware has final say regarding the IP.

 

Seems they're going after use of the terms, etc. but it’s a shame. Shutting down abusive use of the terms is one thing, but you'd figure that a make believe Universe like Star Wars, which had a giant slug lusting after a chained woman, would be able to cope with gay relationships.

I guess everyone will have to stick with the tried and trusted double entendres instead.

He he.  Just following their role model I guess.  Also I think I saw the ban is now reversed, so same specifies sex, same sex sex , interspecies sex and interspecies same sex sex would appear to be on the menu again.
