If you want a card you can use now, I suggest the HD 4670 (Its the most powerful card which would slot right in) which gives you pretty good performance. Otherwise just wait a couple of months and you should be able to get extremely excellent performance from the HD 4770 line which almost as powerful as the HD 4850 and should slot right in again without upgrading the power supply also.
