I prefer Ramen. They are more versatile.
I usually boil the water with the flavor packet (usually chicken) and put in:
Mushrooms
Onion
Green Pepper
Carrot
And an egg right before the noodles. Makes for a delicious soup. Sometimes, I also use the cheap-o bags of lettuce for an extra flavor.
Great stuff. Almost as versatile as my new found love: pizza dough base in a bag.
