If this does well, do you think it will bring about a Marvel vs Capcom 3?

It's definitely possible. I can't be certain, but I believe the director of Street Fighter IV said the demand of the SFII titles over Xbox Live was a convincing factor for Capcom to greenlight the project.

From what I heard CapCom would have to regain the License...It would be awesome to see them be able to do it..Hopefully with the Cell Shade Graphics that Tatsunoku Vs Capcom has...A Vs game that they can't publish in america due to the tatsunoku characters having diffrent publishers in america..It's the most awesome Wii game there is

Don't multiple publishers have the license now? I don't think Activision is involved in the new Marvel MMOs being made. I could be wrong though. In any case, I doubt it would be tough to wiggle for Marvel if they wanted Capcom to have it back enough for that game. Frankly, outside of the X-Men Legends and Marvel Ultimate Alliance set of titles, Activision has done nothing but shit on both licenses. Sega hasn't done much better with their licenses thus far.

Edit: Forgot about Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. That game was ace.

I believe Capcom has the Marvel license.  Activision has the 'Ultimate' universe license.  The movie even though based on the normal Marvel universe carries its own license.

Are you sure about that? I've played Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Nick Fury is definitely not the Ultimate Universe version. He's still a white guy with greying brown hair. In the Ultimate universe, he's Samuel L. Jackson. Plus, classic Marvel costumes are available in Ultimate Alliance.
