Its may seem 'weak' because we have been spoilt in the last 2 years for the holiday periods. But Halo 3: ODST, Alan Wake and APB will be big for me if they all pan out this holiday.
As mentioned above, I would say the 360 saw a stronger Winter than normal which includes Halo Wars, Star Ocean and GTAIV:TLAD.
