if you take notice at the total h/w sales column, PS3 has done very well to trim 360's 1 year lead in the E.U. Other than France PS3 should take the lead over 360 in hardware by the year end.
Most dev's might just sign some kind of exclusivity contract with sony in exchange for free advertising and bundling agreements.
