I would feel more sorry for the entertainment industry if there for-pay online services weren't still miles behind the quality and content offered by illegal services.
If you compare the best private music trackers out there to Itunes, Itunes looks like a pathetic joke. It is inexcusable that you have to pay more for an inferior service. The entertainment industry has no one but themselves to blame in that department.
And the same goes for the movie industry.
