While you could also argue why a game not being made about the Holocaust or the My Lai Massacre is unfair, not many people would agree with you. Im sure all those Fallujah and US families would feel the same.

I'm sick when i hear that shooting black zombies in RE is racism while anihilation of japanise or white europeans in CoD:Waw is ok with everyone.

Where the hell are all those games about german campaigns in WW II ? Have you seen any big game centered about germans conquering half the europe (anything younger than Panzer General saga.

It's pretty obvious that shooting american soldiers, muslim and black people is taboo in games.
