Disease happens. None of these virus scares get through to me anymore. All you can really do is stay in shape, eat well, keep your stress low, and wash your hands regularly.
The media in my region have been trying to frighten people with the West Nile virus for the past couple of years. For all I know, I've already had it and just thought it was a bad cold.
The drug wars going on in Mexico seem a lot scarier to me right now.
