Exactly. Hit the nail on the head. One PSP with UMD and one w/o. This way makes sense other than releasing a new one and dropping the old.

this is so strange....i dont understand why its hard for ppl to grasp to different models on the market. just because 4000/PSP2 comes doesn't mean 3000 isnt supported. its like the DSI you get a camera and specially made games for the loss of GBA slot or you can get DS slime your choice
