I think that's the PSU I'm using in my stock clock Q6600/9600GT system. While it's better than the generic PSU HP used, it's also a bit noisier. But then the system is only running a 92mm CPU fan and a single 80mm case fan along with the GPU cooler.

It was cheap; that's about all I have to say about it.

 

 

 Cheap as chips, without being crap quality. Its all you need for a cheap build I guess.
