Because Sony and Microsoft are 100x bigger than those little companies. Sony and Microsoft have deep histories.

Sirius and XM were both fairly new and going after a smaller market than video games.

 

 

 

Both have spent billions getting their operations off the ground and have about 20 million subscribers combined.
