I don't even understand the concept "over rated characters." Are the characters lame? Are the games over rated?
If inFamous becomes popular does that mean the character of that game should be on this list? Is Kratos over rated because God of War sucks?

There are people on there that are overrated though. I dunno. It's not that they are bad it's just hearing all the time about how awesome master chief, kratos and DK are gets kind of irritating...you know?

No, I don't understand. They're fictional characters that can be completely revamped. An actual person has limitations that can't be changed. So is this a debate on how these characters aren't being used properly? That would make more sense to me.
Edit: Also who calls these characters cool? I mostly hear people talking about the games being good.
