devs would be stupid to not make them cross platform like they are doing now because they might as well be putting 100% of their resources into the Wii right now then unless it's 1st party. bad logic.

Chances are that if the same games are on Wii2 but they are pretty much horrible in every way in comparison to how they are on 720, then that could hurt Wii 2's sales.

and that's really hurting the Wii sales in the entire world right now right? and Nintendo doesn't make bad games, they still have the best 1st party devs on the market, it's the 3rd party devs not doing jack, you are pointing to the wrong people.

Yeah, but there are certain types of games that don't sell as well on the Wii as they do the 360. If developers put a game like The Crackdown that sold over a million copies on the 360, how do you think it would fare on a system like the Wii where it wouldn't be at all the same types of games and games like Madworld and No More Heroes haven't even managed to sell 500,000 copies?

again, 3rd party's fault because they decided to dump resources elsewhere, pointing fingers at the wrong place. and no more heroes sold a lot more than half a mil for an A title which is pretty impressive, your numbers are wrong =P. madworld just came out, we have to wait on that one since Wii never has the burst sales thanks to shitty 3rd party people. don't believe the shit that the media or devs come up with, they are just shitty excuses since they will never admit that they made the wrong decision or their credibility or stock will drop like hell.

And what makes dumping resources towards better motion control any better than dumping resources towards better graphics? I don't really see anything. I very much enjoy great graphics. It's why I've often times bought new systems in each gen. Really the only time I've ever heard someone come up with the idea that people bought new consoles for controllers and not improved graphics was Nintendo in 2006.
