Resistance is a third party title as well, but has no hope of going to the 360 (not that it's needed lol...but still the example stands). MGS4 is another example. At the time Bioware was approached on a multiplatform version Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 they said "no comment".

 

 When Sony owns the Resistance IP how do you consider that 3rd party...?

you should have used Heavy Rain as your example since the ip is not owned by Sony but Quantic Dream prefers to work with Sony
