Samus>Master Chief x 1 million.
Look, Master Chief is friggin awesome, but Samus has way more toys, a ship, a huge stock piles of missiles and an ammo-less laser weapon to work with. Not to mention all her other toys, expansions, and power ups. It wouldn't even be a contest.
As far as characters go, their both pretty emotionless, but I much prefer Samus's sterile, emotionless character to MC's typical action hero characterization.
