All of these are casual, third-party games or series that have sold a million copies on Wii and/or DS. Why do you say 2 million? Even if these games sold 500,000 they are successful and profitable.

Out of the 1,000's of games out there, this is not that much.  And when you consider the install bases (100,000,000 DS, and almost 50,000,000 Wii), it is pitiful.

The software on that list adds up to 50m (actually 49.46m) according to VGC. At say $30 a game on average, that's $1.5 billion in revenue and, considering the budgets of these games, probably $1 billion in profit. I haven't counted any game under 1 million, anything developed in part by Nintendo, or anything on WiiWare/DSiWare. And I missed games that would appeal to both markets like Guitar Hero, and all sports and movie tie-ins which most hardcore FPS fans label casual. That is pretty significant.
