I don't see anything wrong with the reviews, some people like different types of games and it shows.

Halo3 10 to MP3 7, Mp play +1, over 100hours of gameplay +1, graphics +1. Now you can see how Halo gets rated 3 points higher.

With lair getting a 3. Who cares how it looks or sounds if you can't control the Dragon. Some people are good with motion controls and some people hate them. I can see how a game like this could get a 3.

The wii games i have played controlled bad for me and i would rate them all 2 points lower then the same game with normal controls, while you might give it plus two points for the controls.

Ugh, this is a horrible post in every way.  I guess I'll start with the top.

Okay, if you are going to start taking off points for no multiplayer in Adventure games then Zelda, Tomb Raider, and Uncharted are not going to be happy campers.  Bioshock and Oblivion (technically RPG) seem to have gotten off easy too...

Over 100 hours of gameplay?  The campaign is 7 hours on normal if you don't suck.  It's 10 on Legendary if you don't suck.   Multiplayer games and single player games are very different.  Multiplayer games should not be rated higher automatically.

You don't count off on Wii games for not having Xbox 360 level graphics.  That's just stupid.  If that were how how we reviewed games every PS2 game ever made would have been counted off for not looking as good as the best Xbox or GC games.  Every PSone game would have been counted off a LOT for not looking like N64 games.  GBA games, PSP games, and DS games would all be counted off.  You compare the graphics to other games on that platform. not on other platforms.

Nearly ever major review source not only admitted the Wii controls worked well, they claimed they were better than any dual analog controls ever made.  As someone who plays both MP3 and many dual analog shooters I can confirm that.  Dual Analog is simply not as good.  Does that mean we should count off points for Xbox 360 and PS3 games because they are not capable of that control scheme that's superior to theirs?  No, because those systems never had that capability to begin with.  Just as the Wii never had the ability to display PS3 and 360 graphics and shouldn't be counted off for it.
