Will Gta4 Goty be 360 exclusive ?

 Because Gta4 awarded Goty same as Call of duty 4 2007 then it re-released in 08 with the map pack.

Yes but CoD4 actually WAS GotY 2007.

Fallout 3 or LBP this year are the overall GotY. There was an official thread what showed how many GotY awards each games got, and Fallout 3 + LBP got the most.

I know but like it or not Gta4 is Goty according to them, as it was announced on Spike.
