Point 3 vs point 1 you answered yourself. GT3 is an outlier because of its extensive bundling and due to the rapid pace that the PS2 sold, which you can see from sales of Mario Kart except the PS3 will not benifit from the effect like Mario Kart and the Wii or GT3/4 and the PS2.
The Xbox 360 is looking like its going to double its sales over the Xbox 1. Forza motorsport sales are ~2.5* higher without bundles.
The PS3 is looking to be lucky to halve the PS2's lifetime sales, GT5 could follow those same trends.
