One of the things where Halo beats Killzone is how the former has a badass main character everyone on the planet recognises, but in the latter the kinda cool looking guys are the enemy, and you play a pretty generic shooter-dude. That works too, but nowhere near as well IMO.

There is a higher than normal chance that I'm talking out of my ass here, so feel free to ignore me. =P

 And Killzone kills Halo by having cool evil enemies not squeaky techno alians.  Cant have everything.

                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B
