Yea I'm kind of disappointed, but I'd like to at least see how 1943 turns out. I do want the next big installment in the series though.
Perhaps if they can get their frostbite engine to support even more players on even larger maps with more stuff going on we can get a Battlefield 3. I'd say they're at least making progress with it being on PC. I think they should drop the whole singleplayer campaign of Bad Company to focus on the multiplayer experience.
When I think of the Battlefield series, I think about playing it online. I want more of that, not some stupid singleplayer campaign.
