Why is the PS3 undertracked for Japan this week? Is it every week?

So i'm guessing that if this site started reporting higher numbers of PS3 units sold each week then anywhere else then all of a sudden you would say the other sites are wrong and this one is right.....Think about it dude whether you like it or not this site is arguably the most accurate out of any website on the internet.  

If you see higher numbers elsewhere for your favorite console, that does not mean that it is more correct.  

And every good website has a margin of error which is (corrrect me if i''m wrong) around 10%
