I dont have that many fingers and toes. And Sony isnt the only one, all gaming console companies have been sued alot.

 

 

 I know that Nintendo was sued for patent violations like no tommorow and as well as Microsoft.

This is just a reoccuring thing for these companies, and it will end like the majority of them do.  It will get settled before trial date is given.
