My Wow playing time is a pure function of the raiding content available, not of any addiction.
Before Ulduar I was down to playing 6 hours a week spread over 2 nights ( time to clear every raid). Now I am back to 6 days a week and around 20-24 hours...

The first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem.

 

I work 40 hours a week, play PS3 30 hours or so a week.

Am I addicted to work or my PS3 ?

168 (hours a week) - 40 - 30 - 24 - 56 (8 hours of seep a night) = 18..... when do u have a life.....? :P

 

I sleep 5-6 hours a night...

And I am married in my 30s so it's not like I have to go out on dates...

 

 

As long as you're happy with that lifestyle, then go for it ;) As long as shagging the missus is involved ;)
