They wanted to get a slow start, get a small userbase, and then cut costs and reduce the price. There are a few things, however, that they did not foresee:
1) The Wii was popular 2) Microsoft was WAY richer than them 3) The financial crisis. |
oh yeh they definetly wanted a slow start . . .
heads rolled over it, its definetly what they wanted

Who knows, maybe heads rolled because they were expecting a slower start and then that first bill for cost came in and they were like "wtf? Why aren't we selling less? the console is ***** 600$!"

exec "the bundle is doing well actually, people love back compatibility!'
boss "fuck you. number 1, youre fired. number 2, who here can get rid of back compatibility . . . wait my phones ringing"
client "can i double my ps3 order?"
boss "fuck you!"
Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6). This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.
