Actually the question was if they "still" required you to re-buy things. That means that you were saying that at some point they did this in the past. That is incorrect. You were not asking if they ever did it, just if they continue to. Perhaps you misformulated the question- but that is hardly my fault now is it? You should have asked "Does Apple require you to re-buy music?". Sorry if I came down too hard on you, but what you are saying now is not what you typed.
